You can point out to the editors of the proposal that this contribution does not contain relevant information to find a solution to the proposal.
If the contribution is marked 3 times, the editors of the proposal can delete it from the discussion and place it in the "noise" folder.

You can point out to the webmaster that this contribution violates the laws currently in force.
Once the infringement is ascertained the contribution will be removed. Don't abuse this tool.
